Sunday proposed in a van (just like the creepy white van we first met in on Serena's bachelorette) and had it decked out with photos, twinkly lights, and balloons. Best proposal ever :)

We cut down our Christmas tree this year and learned neither one of us knows how to handle a saw

As you know, Jacqueline was diagnosed with lymphoma in June 2024. We found many moments of joy through the chemo months...here we are at an at-home Taylor Swift concert since we missed the real thing!

Given the circumstances...so excited to announce we SEALED THE DEAL before God and the courts!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO CELEBRATE WITH YOU NEXT!!!

Chemo days were every 2 weeks, so we snuck away in between treatments to enjoy a change of scenery...here we are in the cutest town of Highlands, NC, to celebrate the Christmas/Hanukkah season :)

We had an "early" honeymoon of a lifetime in Iceland and spent most of our nights in a glass cottage where we saw the Northern Lights DANCE!

The northern lights over our hot tub...truly an unreal experience.

We welcomed the new year in Reykjavik...have to say, we were excited to kiss 2024 goodbye!

One of the trip highlights was a glacier/ice cave tour! Which set Jacq off down a mountaineering rabbit hole...which is tough because she's still working to get her energy levels back to normal...

Celebrated a belated Christmas with the Roigs in Florida once Jacqueline was allowed to get on a plane again! Another cancer bennie - double the holidays!!!

Overall - HUGE thank you to all of you who supported us SO well throughout these tough 6 months. More than anything, we are thankful for our village. Jacq rang the bell 12/17 - can't wait for 10/12!!!
