The Henry Clay 604 S. Third Street I-65 going North: Take Brook Street Exit 136B, left on Muhammad Ali Blvd., left on S 3rd Street. I-65 going South: Take Exit 136C to E Jefferson St., left on 3rd Street. I-64 going West: Take 3rd St. Exit 5B toward River Road/Downtown. Continue on S 3rd Street. I-64 going East: Take 9th Street/Roy Wilkins Ave Exit 4 towards downtown. Left onto W Market St. Right onto S 3rd Street.

The Clay Commons public parking garage is located directly behind The Henry Clay with access from Chestnut St. There are also parking lots located directly across from The Henry Clay on Third and Chestnut Streets.
