Friends with Matt since he was 12, friends with Allison since high school, Drew is someone that is very near and dear to both of our hearts. We are very very excited and honored for him to unite us in marriage. It means a lot to us to have a person officiating that we both love so much and who has known us both before and after we became a couple. He's level headed, responsible, handy, and also insanely FUN and clever. He will likely be the best dressed at the ceremony.
Caitlin Bassett
Maid of Honor
The very first time Caitlin and I met at a birthday party in grade school, we literally could not stand each other. As soon as we fully realized the reason for our distaste, being that we are SUPER alike, we bonded instantly and have been the closest of friends ever since. We've been separated most of our friendship; in different grades growing up, lived in different towns (or the same town at different times than one another), had varying college experiences, and then some, but we have remained close and supported each other through everything. I am blessed to have this amazing woman in my life and honored to have her by my side as I marry the love of my life.
Jake Printz
Best Man
Matt became friends with Jake just out of high school. They get along like two peas and have many similar interests. Jake is always up for adventures, which is important to Matt, and they've been on many many dirt biking, side by side riding, boating, and snowmobiling adventures over the years. Even if we are just sitting around together, we never have a dull time. He is unapologetically silly and funny, always joking, he's dependable in a tricky situation, and would drop anything to help a friend in need. He's a gentle giant, and has accepted me into the fold of his friendship seamlessly and never makes me feel I'm not included, but rather, "one of the guys," which I cherish.
Jon Whiting

JP and I have literally been friends since before we were born. Growing up together was quite an adventure, and we have thousands of fun memories. As we became adults, we drifted apart into adulthood. Over time though, we have found a renewed appreciation for our friendship, the true family that we have in each other.
Kayla McElroy

I've known Kayla since before high school, although that's when we really became close. We couldn't possibly be more different, but we just seem to get each other. She is artistic, fun, and silly, and brings out those sides of me. Since we got "married" one day swinging in the park, (you know how it goes from grade-school) I have fondly referred to her as my "Wifey" and I'm more than thrilled to have her love and support as I walk down the isle and get married (for real) to Matt.
Erin Harris

What can I say about Erin? We started spending time together after we both finished high school. She is yet another one of my very close friends who could not be more different from me, yet she faithfully has had my back through thick and thin. She loves and supports me from afar amid our busy schedules, and she always brings the fun factor when we spend time together. I'm absolutely stoked to have her beside me through this!
Josh Norquist
Groomsman
Matt and Josh made fast friends early on in high school, leaving campus for lunch together most days, driving Josh's crappy Subaru (an obsession that Matt continues to this day!). They spent their time outside of school working on their vehicles, and on demolition derby cars to enter in the county fair derby. They were roommates for a while when Josh was attending MSU, and they moved on to other Subarus, snowmobiles, camping, and dirt bikes. They have remained close, even as Josh has moved around the country for his job. He is intelligent, and crafty, and gets us into trouble, in a good way. He has also welcomed me as a friend with open arms, and I look forward to when we get to visit him.
Melissa King

Melissa became my friend when I first started working as a Pharmacy Tech, and my life has been changed for the better ever since! From the very first outing we went on outside of work (male exotic dancers!) up until our most recent adventure to a killer concert, she always encourages me to be adventurous and to LIVE my experiences. She's my wild times partner in crime, and a strong, stubborn role model to me as well. Can't wait to see her cheering for us at the end of the isle!
Martha O'Rourke

Martha (and Wade) met Matt and me through one of the groomsman. We clicked as friends right away. She is funny, wicked smart, and just all around a wonderful human being. I am thrilled to have met her and just as thrilled that Matt and I have "couple friends" to go on camping and snowmobiling adventures with. I love that she and I can go get our nails done together or go play in the dirt with our men and have just as good of a time with both. So excited to have her along with me in this moment!
Wade O'Rourke

Matt met Wade through his best man Jake, and they made quick friends due to their many similar interests: camping, riding dirt bikes, snowmobiling, and their knack for building or making things, although they do so through different mediums. Wade's honesty, straight forwardness, and hard work ethic immediately gained our trust in him. He is a very kind, helpful person, as well as goofy and laid back, and we are thrilled to have met him and have him in our circle.
Micah Devine

Micah is another friend that I've held onto since middle school. She's kind of my little black sheep. She does what she wants, flies by the seat of her britches, and always, always keeps me on my toes. She has encouraged me to let my hair down a bit over the years.
Cory Davis

Cory is my cousin, and we've had a good relationship my whole life, through different stages, until I was finally an adult, and received the right of passage of being offered a budweiser out of the garage fridge. Once he and Matt met, it was bromance at first sight. They especially enjoy fishing together. And their goofy and sweet dispositions make them a match made in friendship heaven.
Kinsey Whiting
Bridesmaid
Kinsey is basically my little sister. I love her and cherish her like family and am so so happy to have her alongside me on this major milestone in my life. Although sometimes I still consider her to be our sweet, little kid, she has turned out to be an outstanding young woman, and I can say that I'm lucky to consider her a friend now that she is an adult and no longer a little tyke sporting pigtails.
