Jan 31, 2024: RSVP to our wedding invitation February 29, 2024: Last day to book within the group block to join in on the wedding festivities and receive the discounted rate March 14, 2024: Final hotel room balance payment due July 17-19, 2024: Arrive in Mexico July 20, 2024: Phoebe and Steve’s wedding day Other things to do: ✓ Request time off to block the dates ✓ Make sure your VISA and passport are good to go ✓ Book your flights ✓ Arrange your kids because it’s an adult-only vacation!

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

The closest and only airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). You may book it via your favorite airline. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. ** Once you book your airfare, please fill out the Flight Information/Special Request Form in the “Shuttle Information” section so transportation to/from the airport can be coordinated. **
