Mohegan Bluffs
The iconic bluffs that make Block Island so unique! The stairway down to the beach is long, be prepared for a hike and the portion after the stairs is a bit of scramble so wear appropriate footwear. If this is your first time to Block Island would highly recommend. Close to the Southeast lighthouse as well.
The Surf at Beach House
One of our favorite places to eat and drink on the island, with spectacular outdoor dining steps away from the beach. Hands down the best mudslides on island!
Abrams Animal Farm
The small hobby farm is home to lemurs, kangaroos, llamas, emus, sheep, donkeys, goats, swans, ducks, even camels! Accessible from dawn to dusk. Our favorites to see are the Kangaroos!
Persephone's Kitchen
Best cafe on island! Tucked away on Dodge Street, this cafe is truly the gem of Block Island for coffee, tea, baked goods, lunch and so much more!
North Lighthouse
One of our favorite places to walk on the Island, the lighthouse marks the divide between the Long Island Sound and Block Island Sound. Too far to walk from town, but easy to get to by bike or car! You will be walking on sand so wear appropriate footwear.
Fred Benson Town Beach
Soak up the sun at our favorite beach on the island! Very accessible right from town, just head right when you get off the ferry.
