Flight

Denver International Airport (DIA)

This is Denver's main international airport. This is approximately 20-25 minutes from Downtown Denver and approximately 30 minutes from the Cherry Creek District (i.e. where our event and hotels are located). Guests can use Lyft or Uber as transportation to/from the airport. The cost is approximately $35-$40 each way depending on the time of your arrival. The airport also has numerous car rental companies. Denver International Airport also has the RTD Lightrail Line (University of Colorado A Line) which will take you to the heart of Downtown Denver (Union Station) for $9.00 per person. If you would rather stay in Downtown Denver, this might be a good option.

HALCYON, a hotel in Cherry Creek

This is where we will be having the cocktail hour and reception. Please use our group code in order to receive discounted rooms. The number for the reservations department is 720-772-5000. All reservations must be guaranteed with via an American Express Card, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. Please make your reservations before Friday, August 23rd, 2019. **Special Room Rate: $249 per night plus a $30 daily amenities and service fee (includes a happy hour wine bar, fresh fruit and baked treats, coffee and handmade espresso bar, daily pass to the Denver Botanic Gardens, and more). ***The rate listed above will be valid 3 days pre/post based on availability.

Transportation

We will not be providing transportation from the Cathedral to the Halcyon Hotel. There are several parking lots near the Cathedral if you plan to drive to the ceremony. There will be no outside alcohol allowed inside the Cathedral.

Quick Note to Guests

There will be a two hour break between the end of the Ceremony and the Cocktail Event. This ensures there is enough time for people to make their way back to the Halcyon Hotel (a 10 minute drive). You are free to use this time to visit one of the unique bars or shops in Cherry Creek OR simply put your feet up and rest before the party starts! We appreciate everyone's patience during this time!
