Or take the Fruit Loop from Hood River, stopping at farm stands to pick flowers/berries or grab a cider with a stunning view of Mt. Hood and the Gorge.

A 45 minute drive to the Vista House will take you to the most spectacular view of the Columbia River Gorge. Stop to visit Multnomah Falls nearby or keep going to Hood River to watch the wind surfers at Freim Brewers.
