When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible, but please make sure you are confirmed by September 15th at the latest.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love you and your children but we want everyone to enjoy their time at the wedding, so we ask for adults only. The hotel is big and fun if you want to bring along your kids (with a grandparent or babysitter?).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a room block at the Arizona Grand. Please see Travel tab for more information. Access to the oasis water park is included with your stay.

When should I book the hotel?
Answer
The hotel is very popular for our wedding weekend so we’d suggest booking ASAP before rooms run out. If you experience any issues with the room block booking, please reach out to Tom, Annette, Stephanie or Pete and we will see if we can accommodate additional rooms in the block.

I am vegetarian, can I make a special request?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, shuttles will be taking guests from the hotel to the wedding. Please see transportation tab for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We plan to have a short ceremony and don’t want you to miss it. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 if you are driving to the event and not riding the shuttle.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
See more information on the events tab. Casual attire for the welcome event. Garden party theme for the wedding. Both events will be held outdoors. Please note the weather can change from daytime to night time. We recommend bringing a jacket in case it’s chilly. Also remember it’s a farm so wear sensible shoes that you’ll be comfortable dancing in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking is available at The Farm at South Mountain. More information on parking will be provided closer to the event.

I’m not staying at the hotel, can I come to the water park?
Answer
Access to the oasis water park is only guaranteed for registered hotel guests. If you’d like to join us and are not staying at the hotel, guest passes MAY be available through resort pass for a charge. Please coordinate through resort pass directly - https://www.resortpass.com/.

Do I need to rent a car?
Answer
PHX airport is about 7 miles from the Arizona Grand hotel. We would suggest using Uber/lyft to get to and from the airport and hotel. We will have shuttles available for both the welcome dinner and wedding. The resort is large and has everything you could possibly need (gym, restaurants, spa, lap pool, etc). Hiking and walking trails are also accessible from the hotel.

Will there be food and drinks at the welcome party?

Pete would like to confirm that cocktails are available at the welcome event from 5:30 - 7:30. Dinner will also be served.

I really want to stay close to my friends at the hotel, how close can I get?
Answer
If you book through the room block your room will be in the same tower as the rest of the wedding guests. There are a few adjoining rooms available. If you’re interested in an adjoining room, please make a note in your hotel reservation.

Are the events outside?
Answer
Yes, all events are outside. Please check the weather. Bring hats, jackets, etc so you’re comfortable.

Answer
Phoenix international airport (PHX). Hotel is 7 miles from PHX.

I’m driving, can I park at the hotel?
Answer
Yes, self parking is complimentary at the Arizona Grand.
