We have arranged blocks of rooms at two different hotels that share the same parking lot. We have them reserved for Thursday, 10/10 and/or Friday, 10/11.  

If you know you plan to stay, please book your room soon! We can try to add more rooms once the original block is filled. This is based on hotel availability as rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.
