Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held inside the barn. If weather permits, the cocktail hour will be held outside on an open-hearth patio. If weather is not in our favor, the cocktail hour will be held under the barn, which is covered.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress and have some fun! For women: cocktail dress/semi-formal For men: suit and tie Tuxes are not necessary. We're not that fancy. :)

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone there to help us celebrate, our venue is on the smaller side. If you are invited with a guest, it will be indicated on your formal wedding invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We kindly request a child-free wedding. Unless specifically noted on your invitation, children are not invited to the wedding. Our venue is limited in space.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at Brandywine Manor House. There is a gravel lot that is very close to the barn where most of the main events will be taking place.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at two different hotels for Thursday, 10/10 and Friday, 10/11: Hilton Garden Inn and Springhill Suites by Marriott in Exton, PA. The hotels share the same parking lot. Please see our travel section for more information on how to book your room. If you know you plan to stay, please book soon as the rooms are limited!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will be providing transportation services from the hotel(s) to Brandywine Manor House for the ceremony, as well as back to the hotel(s) after the reception. Please see our travel page for hotel information.
