Welcome Bonfire

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is casual and will be held outside. May in Ohio can get a bit chilly at night, so bring a light jacket!

We will have hamburgers, hot dogs, and s'mores for a night under the stars. We'll be sure to pick up a few meat & cheese alternatives, and some GF buns. Check in for the lodges is from 4-8 PM, so we'll be settling in and headed towards the big fire in the center of the property.

Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Dressing up only slightly from casual here. Think business casual, so jeans, button up, polo, dress, skirt... All at the same time if you're bold

The wedding party will walk through the actual wedding rehearsal likely around 6:00 PM, but everyone is welcome to grab dinner afterwards, wedding party as well as our wedding guests! Mr. and Mrs. Sandoval will be bringing in a generous amount of local BBQ. We'll be located between the Event Lodge and Crocket's Lodge between the overarching pines. We will do our best to have GF/Vegan options available, either from the BBQ place or we'll make something in addition to what they have. If you can let Steph know ahead of time your dietary preferences, she can keep a running head count for just how much food to buy.

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail attire, though Garden attire is welcome as well

Finally time!! We hope you can make it :) We'll be starting the procession right at 4:00 PM, or as close to it, so you'll want to arrive on site at least 15 minutes prior. You are welcome to park at the Event Lodge, and we'll post something on the website if it changes. When you look at the map, we'll be getting married at the Base Camp. Golf cart shuttles will be available from the Event Lodge if you have limited mobility. Dinner will be a buffet consisting of Cordon Blue, Ricotta Stuffed Shells with Marinara.
