What will the weather be like?

Answer

Colorado is beautiful in September! Expect highs in the 70’s and lows in the 60’s. Always bring a jacket with you to Colorado, and you will be ready. Make sure to check the forecast for the week of the wedding.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do! Please check the “Travel” tab at the top of this page for more details.

Where are the hotels located?

Answer

The 3 hotel blocks are all located in Broomfield within a 5 minute walk of one another, 10 minutes driving from the venue, about 15 minutes from Boulder, 20-25 minutes from Denver, and 45 minute from Denver International Airport.

How will the altitude affect me?

Answer

Please know that you are traveling to a higher elevation and will be at least 5,280 feet above sea level. Drink water, protect yourself from the sun, and stay hydrated. These simple tasks will help you a lot!!! This can’t be understated, please drink water, and stay hydrated! As always, if you don't feel well please say something. Don't just push through.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We recommend that you stay in one of the three hotels we blocked for the wedding. If you do choose an alternative option (Airbnb, VRBO etc.), please make sure you are at the venue on time.

Do I need a car?

Answer

Up to you! The hotels are located about 45 minutes from Denver International Airport. The surrounding areas are easy accessible via ride sharing apps and public transportation. If you want to explore everything colorful Colorado has to offer, then definitely grab a car.

How do I get to the venue for the wedding?

Answer

Plan to be escorted to the venue via shuttle bus. We want our guests to enjoy this night as much as possible and responsibly. We will make sure to communicate the schedule when the event gets closer. If you insist on driving, then we will see you at the ceremony! There is free parking around the venue, but we cannot guarantee parking. There might be a small walk to the venue (5ish minutes).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Most of all we want everyone to be comfortable and come ready to party!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at The Simon in Louisville - a small and adorable town we love spending time in. 957 Main St Louisville, CO 80027

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The option to bring a plus one will be indicated on your invitation.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This event will take place indoors with the option to utilize some outdoor spaces after the ceremony. If you easily get cold, please bring a shawl or a light jacket.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

There is no official theme. Just great people coming together for a few hours making memories that will last forever.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We'll provide a timeline and start time on invitations. We recommend utilizing the provided transportation to the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We will likely have a "welcome" event on Thursday evening to welcome our guests that are arriving into town. Please check back to the website in the coming months to view the “Schedule” tab for more information.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

If you know then you know. Cocktail hour and reception will follow after the ceremony!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

We will have some delicious food at the wedding... I mean it is us... WE LOVE TO EAT! Apps, entrees, snacks, desserts... and an OPEN BAR.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

OPEN BAR DUDE!!! Tip the bartenders and be responsible!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/special diet options?

Answer

Hit us up if one of these above dietary restrictions applies to you. We are working closely with our catering to provide an all-inclusive menu. We will do our best but can’t guarantee anything.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to capture all of their favorite moments from the day! Feel free to post pictures on social media channels, our only request is that you share using the options provided so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you enjoy this extremely special moment with us without your phones/cameras. We'll provide a dedicated time for you to capture photos during the ceremony.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We'll be adding this information to the “Registry” tab at the top of the page.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We'll be providing a way to RSVP online. No mailing required!

I still have questions, what should I do?

Answer

Can you find the answer on google? If not, let us know! If this is on the wedding day, then you will be redirected to a best man, maid of honor, or coordinator.
