Steph and Alyssa were born just a couple months apart from each other, in the same neighborhood. After being separated in elementary school, Steph and Alyssa reconnected in middle school and have been close ever since. One thing Steph admires most about Alyssa is her compassion for others.

Chris taught Conner everything he knows about domestic partnerships after sharing tight quarters with him in the Philippines. One of the pilots on Conner’s aircrew, he and Chris often battled stress with laughter.

Steph and Megan became friends Steph’s senior year at Kutztown University, although they had both known about each other previously, being told by many that they had a twin on campus. It was a friendship that formed quickly, with a bond that will last a lifetime. One thing Steph admires most about Megan is her generosity.

A connoisseur of flannel shirts, a die-hard Bills fan, and a dear friend. Jack will always go out of his way for his friends, and you will never catch him without a smile on his face.

Steph and Sara met in middle school, despite having grown up just a couple minutes from each other. When in high school, Steph and Sara strengthened their already close friendship with weekly horror movie viewings, something none of their other friends were into. One thing Steph admires most about Sara is her strength.

Conner and Clint met on a “camping trip” in Northern Maine, and have traveled together far and wide since. From Iceland to Scotland, Thailand to Tokyo, they have made it their personal mission to quote “Star Wars” in as many countries and continents as possible.

Chelsea is Steph’s second oldest sister. Growing up, Chelsea shared her love of makeup and all things beauty with Steph, often dolling her up just for fun. Chelsea was also Steph’s personal makeup artist and hairstylist for every prom and Navy/Marine Corps Ball. One thing Steph admires most about Chelsea is her ingenuity.

The anchor of Conner’s college friends, Josh is a caring, loyal, and hilarious person with a heart of gold. His dorm room was the hangout spot for everybody.

Steph and Kate became fast friends in middle school. Growing up, they had many game nights in Kate’s basement and still to this day, Kate is always the first call Steph makes when she needs a girl’s night out or some brunch. One thing Steph admires most about Kate is her authenticity.

Conner and Clay quickly became close after Conner and Steph started dating. From Cape Cod to the military, Georgia Coffee and Guinness, they have shared many laughs and stories together.

Steph met Casie just a few years ago through Christiana. Casie quickly became a part of the family, joining in all the big celebrations and vacations. There is no shortage of laughter when Casie is around. One thing Steph admires most about Casie is her ability to go with the flow.

Steph and Ashley met in middle school and connected immediately. Although Ashley lives across the country, she and Steph have remained close, always picking right back up where they last left off anytime they see each other. One thing Steph admires most about Ashley is fearlessness.

Rob and Conner became instant friends while working as NROTC Instructors at Norwich University. Rob is a great friend, mentor, confidante, and fellow “Northern Maine Camping Trip” survivor.

Shauna is Steph’s oldest sister. Growing up, Shauna shared her love of scrapbooking and card making with Steph. Although separated by many years in age, Shauna has always been there for Steph, supporting her every step of the way. One thing Steph admires most about Shauna is her creativity.

Conner and Ben met in French class, quickly bonding over Jay-Z albums, craft beer, and video games. Ben has always been the font of wisdom and advice for Conner and his friends.

Lillian, or Lily, is Steph’s niece and goddaughter. When Lily was just 3 and half years old, she met Conner for the first time. Conner was picking Steph up for the Navy/Marine Corps Ball, and was told by Lily that he needed to calm his body, if he wanted her to read him the story about sharing. One thing Steph and Conner admire most about Lily is her sense of adventure.

Sophia, or Soph, is Steph’s niece and sister to Lillian. Having only been a few months old when Steph and Conner met, together they have enjoyed watching Soph grow and flourish into the amazing kid she is today. One thing Steph and Conner admire most about Soph is her sense of humor.
