Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! If you are in town early, we would love to have you stop in at our informal get together at Lawson's Finest Liquids in Waitsfield on Thursday 6/13 @ 5-8pm. They have a variety of beverages and some food options.

Should I bring money for the bar?

Answer

Drinks will be on us to start the evening, but the bar will switch over to all cash during dinner service.

If I am taking the shuttle, what time do I need to be ready?

Answer

The shuttle will arrive at 12:45 to pick up guests outside the resort.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle from Bolton Valley Resort, we recommend you arrive at the ceremony 30 minutes prior (1:30pm) to find your seat.

I plan to drive myself, where should I park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot behind the church for the ceremony; please do not park in the adjacent cemetery. For the reception, there is a large parking lot directly across the street from The Ponds (on the right side of the road as you drive up the mountain).

How do I get from the reception hall back to the resort?

Answer

Bolton Valley Resort is providing a 14-passenger shuttle to get guests from the reception hall to the resort (about a mile apart) beginning at 8pm and running until 11:00pm.

Does the hotel have amenities I can use?

Answer

Yes! On Saturday and Sunday, guests of the hotel will have FREE access to the Sports Center which includes an outdoor pool, workout deck, game room, and bar. You can also reserve a tennis or Pickleball court at a discounted price using the code: BVSCMEMBER24. When should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as you want! We no longer have any rooms reserved but you can call the hotel to book for one or more nights at the regular room price.

What if I need special hotel accommodations?

Answer

If you need specific accommodations (i.e., shower with handles, close to elevator, cots, cribs, pack-n-play, etc.) please let the hotel know at time of booking.
