Things To Do

Graeagle is a serene, remote, historic lumber town with limited food and dining options... We mean it! Most places have reduced hours starting September 3. Pick up a welcome basket at Nakoma Resort during or before Friday's Welcome Event.

Altitude at Nakoma Resort

131260016, Portola, CA 96122

Altitude is open 8:00am until 9:00pm and is the activity center at Nakoma Resort. It offers a fitness center, hot tub, pool, climbing wall, yoga studio, indoor basketball, and game room. They have a food option, Middle Fork Bistro, that is open 11:00am until 8:00pm daily.

Fifty44 Restaurant (Main Restaurant; Welcome Event)

348 Bear Run, Clio, CA 96122

It is open on Thursday 8:00am until 8:00pm, and then 8:00am until 9:00pm for the rest of the weekend. Discover FIFTY44 and its towering four-sided central fireplace and 60-foot-high ceilings in the stunning Frank Lloyd Wright Lodge. In summer, al fresco dining doesn’t get any more dramatic than on the panoramic Lodge deck, where the mountain + modern menu pairs perfectly with stunning Sierra views.

The Brewing Lair

67007 CA-70, Blairsden, CA 96103

Open noon until 7pm, the Brewing Lair is a place to drink, eat, and play. They are a 15-barrel brewery that also has many non-alcoholic options. Sometimes, there is a food truck. Also, you can play disc golf.

Eating in Graeagle

7430 CA-89, Graeagle, CA 96103

Check what Cromberg, Graeagle, and Blairsden have to offer. We recommend that you CALL AHEAD, since many locations change their hours on September 3.
