Transportation to and from the venue is only guaranteed from the Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket, The Hampton Inn in Gainesville and SpringHill Suites - Gainesville. You will have options to take the shuttle only one way if needed (i.e. to get to the aftter party at the Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket). There is plenty of free parking at the venue as well as numerous cab and ride share options.
At this time, only family members of the Bride and Groom are able to bring their children to this wedding, otherwise we must ask that you leave your children with a favorite baby sitter so parents can enjoy this limited kid evening!

We kindly ask that All Guest RSVP through the online portal no later than Friday August 26th to properly coordinate transportation, meals, and other ancillary events appropriately.
Here are some standard uber/lyft prices from all 3 area airports, depending on your needs, renting a car may be more cost-effective than ride-sharing. Dulles (IAD) - Expect a 30+ minute ride (depending on traffic). A 4 person car should range from $40-65, while a larger van/SUV would run you anywhere from $70-$90 for a one-way trip. National (DCA) - Expect a 45+ minute ride (depending on traffic). A 4 person car should range from $60-80, while a larger van/SUV would run you anywhere from $100-130 for a one-way trip. BWI (BWI) - Expect a 75+ minute ride (depending on traffic) A 4 person car should range from $110-$125, while a larger van/SUV would run you anywhere from $145-175 for a one-way trip.
Black-tie preferred. We would love to see our guests in tuxes, however we understand that may be prohibitive, so a dark suit with a tie would be acceptable as well. For our guests wearing dresses, we are looking forward to seeing you in floor length gowns, however, cocktail gowns are acceptable. Most of the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and on grass, so please consider footwear choices accordingly. The reception will be under a tent that has a hard wood floor.
We will have 55-passenger busses running from the 3 main hotels to the Inn at Vint Hill and back (Springhill Suites - Gainesville, The Hampton Inn - Gainesville, and the Hilton Garden Inn - Haymarket). The busses will pick up guests at the hotels at 345pm ET to arrive at the venue by 4pm for the 430pm ET Ceremony. The busses will arrive back at the venue at 945pm to take guests back to their hotels at around 10pm when then wedding ends. If you plan to go directly to the after party, please take the bus going to the Hilton Garden Inn - Haymarket.
