Saint Louis Zoo
Fun Fact: Stacey's parents went here on their first date. This is one of our favorite places in St. Louis. At elephant fountain (pictured), throw a penny in and make a wish. Plus it's free! While you are there, take a walk around Forest Park and art hill.
Anheuser-Busch St. Louis Brewery
We love going on tours here and always have a blast. Brewfresh tour is $15 per person and 1 hour and 30 minutes. You get a free beer at the end of the tour. Rich history and awesome gift shop. Kids are able to come on the tours, but check the bag policy. You can also just go grab a beer and some food at the bar!
Hi-Pointe Drive-In Kirkwood
Great burgers, milkshakes, and bottled soda, dare I say more? Our top choice: the Taco burger. Kirkwood is about 20 minutes from the church and has a cute downtown area with shops and parks as well.
Saint Louis Art Museum
We had our firs date walking around Art Hill and walking in the Art Museum, so go check it out! You can also grab some food to go and sit and have a picnic. Lots of shade and benches available. It's within walking distance to the zoo.
