Engagement Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We recommend that all guests wear cocktail attire. The space is indoor/outdoor so the event will go on rain or shine.

This is our "engagement party" - a.k.a a way to celebrate Sophia and Victor before we all head to Brazil in October! Friends and family will be able to get to know each other, enjoy some delicious food, and kick off the wedding festivities amongst great views on top of Philadelphia. We will have drinks, a buffet dinner, and desserts. Please let us know if you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, questions or comments before the event. Can't wait to see you! Note: there will be Save the Dates available to pick up at the Engagement Party. If you are unable to attend, please let us know and we can mail one to you.

Welcome Drinks

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This event is beach-casual: no need to get super dressed up! Think linens, bathing suits under coverups, light knit shirts, etc. considering the weather (70-80 degrees).

We will be paying for all drinks but if you'd like to order food, please do so separately :) If you're able, come and meet everyone before the wedding on Saturday!

Wedding: Ceremony, and Reception

3:30 pm - 11:45 pm

This is a formal event, but not black tie (no tuxedos required!). Women can wear short or long dresses cocktail-style dresses and men should wear a suit and tie. See the note below on the weather when planning your attire. The ceremony will be outside on grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly (ladies should wear block heels, for ex.). The reception will be indoors!

Brazil is located in the Southern Hemisphere, which means seasons here are the opposite of in the Northern Hemisphere. In October, it will be late spring/early summer, so this will mean that the temperatures could be anywhere from 75-95 degrees Fahrenheit each day. Please plan accordingly when packing! We will open up the online RSVPs for the wedding next June 2024, but you don't have to RSVP until August 2024.
