Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to send their acceptances or regrets by May 1st, 2024

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Celebrating with you on our special day is the only gift we require. However, we would gladly appreciate any contributions to our honeymoon fund! We have also registered at Crate & Barrel, Target, and Amazon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 5 pm for the ceremony

How hot is a Texas Summer??

Answer

Hotter than the pits of Bowser's castle! We are anticipating a temperature of around 100 degrees Farenheit (38 degrees Celcius) during the ceremony and ask our guests to plan outfits accordingly. The remainder of the reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear Indian attire or cocktail/formal wear. Please keep in mind that Dallas summers are very warm and our ceremony will be held outside. Please no shorts or jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case, we have allowed you a plus one. Their name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are having a kid-friendly wedding! Babysitters however will not be in attendance.

Most importantly, when will we eat?

Answer

Our ceremony will run from 5pm - 7pm which will be followed by a cocktail hour, and finally into the reception for a plated dinner. Guests can expect to be eating around 8:30pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For our guests convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Le Meridien in Dallas. Please use the QR code in the Accommodation header to access the group rate. The hotel has two Junior Suite options that include a king bed or two double beds and complimentary breakfast for two.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

We strongly recommend that guests utilize rideshare options as we will have an open bar. For those who drive their vehicles, there is ample parking at the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of your RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you forget to do this at the time of RSVP, please slide into our DMs!

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Answer

We understand things come up. Just text/call/pass a message through any Sindhi Auntie and the message will surely make its way to us. We will do our best to accommodate or make the necessary changes.

What colors should we avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white as you will make the bride to be angry. No one likes Princess Peach when she's angry.

Who do I call in case I get lost the day of the wedding?

Answer

Can I take home centerpieces, decor, etc?

Answer

No. Decor is provided by one of our vendors and will need to be returned. We hope our guests leave with a full belly, tired feet, and great memories.
