Please enjoy a few nights off celebrating with us by leaving your little ones at home. The only exception will be for family and the the little ones of the wedding party. The event site is remote with a far drive to the town of Alpine and no cell service.
Both the rehearsal dinner and wedding will be classy country attire. You are welcome to wear nice boots and jeans + rock your cowboy/cowgirl hat if desired. It gets chilly in Wyoming in the evening, so we recommend bringing a heavier jacket!
No. The only transportation available to Box Y Lodge is the car rental you schedule from the airport. We recommend carpooling from hotel to Box Y Lodge. *Contact Krysten or Cary with questions/suggestions.
After the wedding, Cary and I plan on staying in the area for hiking, fishing, and outdoor activities with friends and family! (If you are planning a small vacation or staying longer than the wedding, contact Krysten or Cary for recreational activities in the area).
Alpine is a small town with a handful of options for restaurants. For wedding attendees, there are 6-7 restaurants close by, with a couple breakfast place and coffee spots. Broulim's is the local grocery store in town with a pre-made food options, coffee shop inside and breakfast foods as well. If you are staying at the Cobblestone Hotel, complimentary breakfast is available. If desired, you can drive into Jackson Hole (45 min drive), where there is a plethora of options for breakfast + lunch and explore the area until the wedding ceremony begins. You also have the option of driving to the town of Thayne (20 minutes south of Alpine) and Etna (10 minutes south of Alpine) and enjoy a few additional breakfast and lunch options.
