The rehearsal dinner & wedding will be hosted at Box Y Lodge, which is a remote guest ranch nestled in the heart of the prettiest country in the Rocky Mountains. Box Y Ranch is remote and rustic, yet offers comfortable and clean accommodations. The ranch is off grid, meaning no cell service or power available. We will have generators to power the event and for emergency. We recommend downloading the map before departure. The location is as follows: MM28 Greys River Rd, Alpine, WY 83128. From the town of Alpine, you will take Grey's River Road and drive for 28 miles before arriving at the ranch on your right side. Despite some pot holes and possible cattle drive, it is a breathtaking drive through the mountains. We recommend car pooling for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Sunset is at 8:56pm, which allows plenty of time to leave the ranch and return to the town of Alpine before dark if desired. We look forward to sharing our favorite spot in Wyoming with you!

This event is classy country. Bring extra clothes to change into for evening outdoor events, if desired. (On-site activities: campfire, s'mores, cornhole, and games)

The rehearsal for the wedding party will start at 5pm sharp near the pond, on site at Box Y Lodge. All wedding party members present for this. Dinner at 6pm with drinks and s'mores to follow. If you are in the wedding party, you have the option of staying on site in a cabin. Bridesmaids will be in the bridal suite & groomsmen in their cabin. Everyone outside the wedding party is welcome to camp up Grey's River (car or tent camp) as there is no fee. You are also welcome to stay in the town of Alpine. Click "travel" to pick which hotel/motel to book. There is no cell service on site (emergency cell service available in Box Y main lodge). From the town of Alpine, it takes approximately 1 hour to drive up Grey's River Road (28 miles) to reach Box Y. Give yourself and carpool attendees plenty of time to drive up this road as there are some pot holes and places to stop along the way to admire scenery. Family and wedding party are welcome to join us for the rehearsal dinner at 6pm.

This event is classy country attire. Bring your boots, heck even your cowboy/cowgirl hats ! Remember, from the town of Alpine, it takes approximately one hour to drive up Grey's River Road (28 miles) to Box Y Lodge. There is no cell service on this drive; plan accordingly.

3-3:45 pm Wedding ceremony 3:45-5pm Cocktail hour *free horse-drawn wagon rides per request on site to tour the property 5:30-6:30pm Dinner *Wedding speeches: Best Man: Brandon Sommerville; Maid of Honor: Brooke Baus *Dances: Cary + Krysten's first dance, daddy-daughter, mother-son. 7-9pm: DJ with dancing, garter + bouquet toss 9pm - Late: Evening events: campfires + s'mores, cornhole, etc.
