The dress code for our wedding is formal - think dressier than cocktail attire but not as dressy as black tie. Midi or full-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark suits are all acceptable. We do recommend if you plan to wear heels, you wear either a block or wedged heel, as our ceremony will take place in the side garden and requires some walking on the grass.
While we love all kiddos in our lives, we are only able to extend invitations to children in the wedding party. We know it is a big ask to find child care, but we hope you use this as an opportunity for a fun, kid-free night to celebrate with us!
Yes! Transportation will be provided for guests staying in our room block at the Comfort Inn. The shuttle will run throughout the night on a loop between Lord Thompson Manor, the Cottage, the Watson Inn, and the Comfort Inn & Suites.
Yes! Free, valet parking is available at Lord Thompson Manor. If you have a little too much fun at the reception, cars can stay overnight. Ride sharing options in the area are limited and infrequent so we recommend making driving accommodations or designating a driver ahead of time if you do not plan to use the shuttle services.
While you do not need cash to pay for your drinks, if you are pleased with the service provided by the bar staff, they would be delighted if you felt inclined to tip.
Kind of. Our dinner selection will be a duo plate, meaning there will be a meat and a seafood on each plate. There is no need to select a food option, but if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate that when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
