When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have booked out limited number of rooms for the duration of the wedding weekend. The earlier you can RSVP, the sooner we can allocate your room.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have taken care of your stay at Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa from 24th - 25th February, checking out at noon on 26th February. Which flights should I book?

Answer

Udaipur doesn't have an International Airport of its own. In order to reach Udaipur, you will need to book a flight to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi or Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Bombay and take a connecting flight. We recommend booking IndiGo, Vistara or Air India for your internal flight. PS: Be mindful of the International and Local baggage allowance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the airport?

Answer

Our wedding planners will be in touch to get your flight details and arrange for transport to and from the hotel. If, by any chance, you have missed the provided transport, Ola and Uber are alternate options for your use. The distance between the hotel and Udaipur's airport is approximately 40-minutes.

Do I need a visa to enter India?

Answer

For our friends with an OCI card, please do not forget to carry it with you for a hassle-free entry into the country. For our foreign friends, please apply for your Indian visa ahead of time through the Indian Embassy. Generally, once an application is submitted, it's processed within a week.

Where can I buy a SIM card from?

Answer

SIM cards can be easily bought from the airport itself. Although Wi-Fi is easily accessible at the hotel, you can also download the Airalo app and buy yourself an e-sim for data on the go. PS: Ensure your phone is e-sim compatible.

What time should I arrive at the festivities?

Answer

The timings are mentioned within the 'Wedding Festivities' section of the website. There will also be a printed booklet in your rooms to serve as a reminder.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

All dress codes are mentioned within the 'Wedding Festivities' section of the website. February is the perfect month to visit Udaipur, thanks to its delightful weather. The days are sunny and pleasant, with daytime temperatures not exceeding 30° C. Evenings can get chilly, with nighttime temperatures dropping to around 12° C. It's a good idea to pack accordingly for the weather.

We're thrilled to assist you in every way possible leading up to the wedding weekend. Our team of planners will be on hand to assist and guide you during the events. However, for any accommodation-related requests, please don't hesitate to contact the hotel reception directly. This way, we can give our hardworking planners a well-deserved break too 😉

Is there a Salon near by for the ladies?

Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa have their own salon services catering to hair, make-up and saree draping services. We have managed to secure preferential rates for our guests should they choose to avail these services. If you're interested in availing these services, we recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Our wedding planners will be in touch to confirm your beauty needs ahead of the big weekend.

We would love to see our ceremony through your lens! Although we do have a professional photographer booked so don't forget to rest the camera and enjoy the moments too.
