The Chooda ceremony is a cherished Punjabi tradition where Smriti's maternal uncles and aunts will lovingly help her adorn a set of bangles, affectionately known as "Chooda." Smriti's sisters and friends then hang Kalires on her Chooda. After the wedding, she will playfully shake her bangles over the heads of all the unmarried girls. It's said that if a leaf from the Chooda falls onto one of them, she'll be the next to tie the knot. Followed by lunch.
