This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Spinnaker restaurant where the reception will be held. You can call the hotel at 415-332-5700 and request a room under the "Smith Wedding Hotel Block" with 1 King Bed or 2 Queen beds at a pre-negotiated and discounted price. Oakland International Airport (OAK)

Oakland Airport is about a 45 minute drive into Marin via I-880N andI-580W, depending on traffic, with 1 toll over the Richmond Bay Bridge. The Smith family prefers flying into and out of this airport when possible as it is less busy in general.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

San Francisco International Airport is another option for travel for our out-of-town guests. SFO is also a 45-ish minute drive from Marin, depending on traffic, with NO toll. This route will take you straight through San Francisco, over the Golden Gate Bridge, and into Marin County. Alternatively, if you are opting NOT to rent a car during your stay, you can hop on the Marin Airporter Shuttle from SFO into Marin County and take an Uber or Lyft to wherever you are staying and use an Uber or Lyft to get to and from the church and restaurant on the day of the wedding.

Transportation Information

While there is public transportation available, it is limited. Navigating through Marin County, especially, can be difficult without a car. If you are coming from out-of-town and plan on travelling while you are visiting, renting a car at the airport may be worth your while.
