Allegiant airlines is usually the cheapest flight (and it's direct) into Savannah from Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville, La Guardia, Midway, and some others. There are plenty of rental car options. Uber/Lyft is really affordable in the area, $20-30 from airport into town, $10ish around town, $15-20 from town to the beach. If you are staying more than a couple days and planning for activities outside the wedding, a rental car will likely be less expensive and more convenient.
