Rooms will be available from 3pm on Friday (but feel free to get to the venue sooner). Check out is noon on Monday. The hotel will be in touch with all of our guests closer to the time to confirm arrival times.
There is a taxi rank just outside Ibiza airport so the easiest way to get to the venue is to head to the taxi rank once you've collected your bags and hop in a taxi. The address is: Hotel Ca Na Xica, Ctra/ de Sant Miquel Km. 10,2. Sant Miquel de Balansat – Ibiza. Most Ibiza taxis accept card payments but double check before you get in if you don't have any euros. Alternatively, if there's a large group of you, you can pre-book a minibus transfer on this website: https://www.ibizatours-islandbus.com/en/transfers.
Yes. There's plenty of free parking available on site for the whole weekend if you've rented a car. (Renting a car won't be necessary for the wedding and activities we have planned but might be worthwhile if you're planning on exploring the island on Saturday).
Our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the weekend. We appreciate you making child care arrangements for your little ones so you can celebrate with us.
We've rented the whole hotel for the weekend so your room is already secured - you don't need to do anything other than turn up!
Each room has an en suite bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc provided), air conditioning, a safe, hairdryers and robes, a private outdoor terrace and a mini fridge, so please feel free to bring any food or beverages with you to keep in your rooms. Tea, coffee, water and fresh milk are provided. There isn't an iron in each room but there will be one set up on the day of the wedding for guests to use. Don't forget to pack your travel power adapters/plugs and mosquito repellent if you're prone to bites!
There are a limited number of rooms so if you are coming on your own then we'll allocate you a twin-room with someone to share with. Don't worry - you won't be sharing with a stranger! Please check in with us if you'd like to know more.
The dress code is smart casual on the Friday night. For the wedding day itself, we want people to be smart but comfortable e.g. two piece suits, open neck (ties if you'd like), dresses etc. Then for the party on Sunday, get your hippie vibes on. Don't forget your swimwear too if you fancy a dip in the pool! We don't want people to go out of their way to buy additional items, so please just be creative with what you've got. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
We will be providing breakfast and lunch on the day of the wedding so you are welcome to relax by the pool on the Saturday. There is a spa in the hotel where you can also book treatments - we will open up spa bookings in the run up to the wedding. Please check back on this page closer to the time for ideas for activities off site. As the Ibiza season will just be starting on the weekend we're getting married, opening dates for activities, restaurants and beach bars on the island haven't yet been confirmed.
We'd love it for our guests to be there to celebrate with us for the full weekend, but we understand that it might not be doable for some. Please let us know if you can't make all days and events.
Your presence at the wedding is the best gift you could give us. We really appreciate you spending the time and money to fly to Ibiza to celebrate with us, so please, no gifts!
