Arrival

We are delighted to invite all of our wedding guests to stay with us at Hotel Ca Na Xica for our weekend of celebrations. All we ask is that you get yourselves from the airport to the wedding venue (approx 25 minute drive), and everything else will be taken care of for the full weekend. Check in is from 3pm, however, you are welcome to arrive at the hotel earlier if your flight arrives sooner. The hotel team will be in touch closer to the time to find out your arrival times. We will greet guests with a welcome drink at 3pm, but if you arrive sooner then please feel free to drop your bags at reception and relax by the pool until then. You’ll then have a few hours to check into your rooms, wind down and get ready for Friday evening.

Wedding day
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
There might be an activity or two on the day of our wedding but this is TBC. However, we welcome you to spend the day relaxing by the pool before getting yourselves ready for the main event. We'll be providing breakfast and lunch at the hotel for all of our guests, but you’re also welcome to head out for the day. Ibiza Old Town is a 20 minute drive away if you'd like to explore the island a bit and walk up to the castle and there are several beaches near by if you fancy a bit of sea and sand. We'll update the FAQs page closer to the time with further suggestions.
The Ceremony

Wedding attire: e.g. cocktail dresses, maxi dresses for the women and suits for the men (open collar or tie - you decide)
Transport will be provided at around 4pm to take all guests to our wedding ceremony which is being held at Aiyanna Beach Club. After the ceremony and meal we'll get our dancing shoes on! The party finishes at 2am but we will provide an earlier transport option at midnight for anyone who is all partied out.

Flower Power Party

Get your hippie vibes on - think flower power print and bright colours - but don't go out of your way to buy a new outfit!
For those with sore heads there will be a lovely breakfast awaiting and then some relaxation time, followed by a poolside flower power themed party which will start at 2pm. In keeping with the island, there will be sangria and traditional food along with a DJ playing Ibiza classics. Get ready for a day full of dancing, drinking and dipping in the pool (if you fancy it!) Food and drinks will also be provided in the evening.
