Maid of Honor
Louisa (Wesa) has been there for me when we met during Resident Assistant Training during the summer of 2012. She has witnessed me grow up all these years and continues to do so.
Matron of Honor
Dr. Patty Yu or Patty for me has become one of my closest friends that I can always rely on. She took my under her wing when I started my first Nurse Practitioner job at the private general surgery clinic in Astoria. She is my Jiminy Cricket.
Bridesmaid
Ms. Sarah joined the Harlem ED family about 6 years ago, unfortunately she left me when a better opportunity. Sarah will always be the sister from another mister no matter where we go in life. Fun fact, even our parents worked with one another at Harlem Hospital. You can call almost destiny that their kids would be lifelong friends.
Bridesmaid
Erin (Emily my nickname for her ) came to join the Harlem ED family about 4 years ago. I have watched her become this butt-kicking, independent, and strong ER nurse that she is today. She has also become one of my closet friends both at work and outside of work. She has become a sister to me with every crazy idea I have come up with and is willing to do it without any questions asked.
Bridesmaid
Liz (her first name is really Jazel) was a sister in disguise when she started working at Harlem Hospital as an agency nurse about 2 years now. My Dominican sister who has taught me to be proud of who I am and who I am growing to be.
Best Man
Groomsman
A true brother in every sense of the word. Angelo has been by my side through thick and thin, sharing countless memories and always having my back. One of the best things I’ve ever witnessed was Angelo winning his first sectional title—a truly awesome moment and an honor to have been a small part of it during our wrestling days. I’m thankful for our brotherhood and couldn’t imagine this day without him standing next to me.
Groomsman
A brother from the start and someone who’s been a constant in my life since 2007. We’ve shared so many memories, from wrestling together in high school, to softball teams over the years, and just driving around listening to Macadelic and other Mac Miller tracks on repeat. Evan has always been a part of my journey, and I’m beyond grateful to have him by my side as I begin this new chapter of my life.
Groomsman
A true brother to me with countless shared memories and adventures. From snowboarding down trails to just spending time together through the years, Brendan has been there every step of the way. His loyalty, humor, and support make him more than a friend; he’s family. I’m grateful to have him by my side as I begin this new chapter of my life
