Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to having a limited count of people, we would prefer to have just people on the invites come to our day. Please check with the bride or groom first before bringing a plus one.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love the little kiddos, If you wish to bring your kiddos, you will be responsible for watching them and all kids under 16 must remain inside the venue after dark for safety reasons.

What attire should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail! We prefer dresses and slacks, of course if you can dress up a pair of jeans by all means, but please no flip flops and T shirts! Please refer from wearing copper, red, and of course WHITE!

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

To make sure we can accommodate the right amount of guests for things like food and drinks we need everyone to RSVP by October 31st. The sooner the better but this is our deadline.

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

Nope! We will be family soon anyways. We will have certain chairs and tables marked “reserved” please do not sit in those.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 3:30 so I would suggest 30 minutes prior to allow enough time for parking, and finding a seat!

What to do if late to our ceremony?

Answer

This is no problem! We will be starting our ceremony at 3:30 and we will not be delaying our start time, if you find yourself late please wait until the ceremony has finished to join everyone else for cocktail hour. We will not allow anyone inside once we've started our ceremony.

Since alcohol is being served, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We do NOT want anyone drinking and driving, Whispering Oaks (of course) agrees. As such, they will allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and must pick them up the next morning by 12:00PM (noon) . We encourage uber, lyfts, or carpooling with a designated driver.
