Welcome Toast & Camp Setup

Kicking off the celebration on Friday for folks to arrive and set up camp or check in to your hotel. We'll be having a welcome toast around the bonfire at 6pm! We won't be having a formal dinner, but feel free to bring snacks (there's campfire cooking available and an outdoor kitchen). There is also a brew house 1/2 mile down the road that we will most likely end up at :)
Camping: Friday Night

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Attire: Semi formal-ish but really just be comfortable! The ceremony will be outside on the sandy river front "beach"...the brides will not be wearing shoes if that helps your attire decision
5pm: Ceremony 530pm: Cocktail Hour 630pm: Food! 730pm - 11pm: Bonfire, Mingling & Good Times ***we will have gluten free options but please let us know if you have any other food allergies***
Camping: Saturday Night

Sunday Brunch & Farewell

Enjoy a peaceful and calm morning taking in the mountain views one last time while packing up. We'll have coffee and light breakfast snacks....and most likely one last bonfire... as we say our final farewells!
