Neighboring our wedding venue, the National Bison Range is home to about 350 bison and recently restored it to the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribal ownership. You can take a self-guided tour on two different scenic drives for $20/vehicle. The drive on the range takes about 2 hours to complete.
Ample restaurants, shops, bars, breweries, and entertainment! Explore what downtown Missoula has to offer. Check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning before the wedding if you're looking for local snacks or produce while you're visiting!
Go for a swim or a paddle, relax with a book and picnic, hike to Mission Falls, or even camp! Pick up a tribal recreation permit at Allard’s Stagestop at 77579 Hwy 93, St. Ignatius, MT 59865 in order to enjoy recreational activities in this area.
An easy stroll along the scenic Missoula Riverway!
Excellent short (but steep), famous hike in Missoula with amazing views of the city
If you want to explore some wilderness, but don't want the hustle-bustle of a National Park, this is a great, nearby alternative!
Missoula is home to several great breweries! We recommend Highlander Beer, Draught works or Imagine Nation Brewing
Glacier is our favorite National Park! Going to the sun road is possibly the most scenic road in America--and should be open to guests without reservation starting September 8th (prior to that date, you will need reservations to enter the park). Fantastic views, excellent hiking, and incredible wildlife. Highly recommend! Approximately 2.5 hours from Missoula
