Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Western Formal. We encourage cowboy boots & hats, bolo ties & belt buckles. Fellas, please wear collard shirts; jackets and ties are optional. Ladies, dresses or pantsuits are recommended. Our ceremony is on grass, so be mindful if you choose to wear heels. Bring a sweater in case it gets chilly! The weather can be unpredictable, bring layers & be prepared! Please no jeans.

Can I bring a date?

We ask that the guest list is limited to those directly mentioned in the invitations. Contact us to discuss anyone you think we may have forgotten!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Western Aloha Welcome Party on the 13th, the day before the wedding. All are welcome! Attire is Hawaiian shirts & sun dresses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - We will have a bus picking guests up from the Motel 6 off Expo Parkway, chartering to and from the wedding. Check the Travel section for Bus Schedule

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm, we ask that guests try to arrive by 3:45 pm. The last bus will be departing Missoula at 3 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available onsite, Rugged Horizon will also allows guests to leave their vehicle overnight.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For transportation convenience, the hotel block at Motel 6 on Expo Parkway is recommended. You must call the hotel in order to book through our hotel block. There are 3 other hotels walking distance from Motel 6. However, Missoula has many other accommodations available at various price points including Hotels, AirBnbs, VRBOs, and campgrounds. Please note: there is a home UM Grizzly football game this weekend and accommodations may book up earlier than expected, please plan accordingly.
