Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are shuttle buses that will take you to the Barn and back to the Jim Thorpe Inn! The bus will be arriving at 2:30pm and leaving at 2:45 to head over to the barn! It will also be returning to the venue at 9:30pm and leaving at 9:45pm to return to the Jim Thorpe Inn

Where do we park if we aren’t coming on the shuttle?

Listed in our gallery is a map of the venue. Guest drop off is at #1 and #2. The parking lot is listed at #8 and our ceremony site is #8.

What do I do with the song request cards?

Answer

Bring them to the wedding, we will have a basket for you to put them in so our DJ can have a variety of songs to play throughout the night!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/ cocktail attire, please no jeans and ladies please steer away from wearing white or ivory. Also ladies, please be aware that the ceremony will be held in the grass and the reception area includes stairs so please dress accordingly!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Unless they were included in the invitation, we ask that all kiddos stay home due to reaching maximum capacity. We understand if you cannot find a babysitter but they will be under your supervision all night.
