We met over a dating site, both fed up with our generation and dating pool we started to see character traits we had in common. Both of us lack patience for stupidity and have a desire to please others. Tate finally mustered up the courage to ask Shannon out after a few dates and hangouts with friends in early October of 2021. Since then both Shannon and Tate have been through many trials and tribulations as most couples do and have made it thus far. After almost two years Tate finally popped the BIG question July 1st, 2023. Remember in the beginning how I said we both lack patience…. Yeah Tate can’t keep a secret and almost gave it away that he was gonna propose to Shannon. I digress he proposed and since then we have been planning diligently for this wonderful day when we can finally tie the knot and be Mr and Mrs Trovitch. I could tell the day that he was gonna pop the question that something was off, he was very antsy and was super excited and nervous to go to his sisters house. As soon as we got to his sisters house, Kloey and I went to get adult sodas and Tate and his stooges went out to buy fireworks. This man is a pyro and loves fire and blowing stuff up, they came back with a box of fireworks and I was like really why do you need all of this… anyways it was about Avelyns bedtime (Tates Niece) and I see him and his friends all get up and start grabbing the fireworks. Kloey didn’t want Avelyn to wake up because of the fireworks so Tate was like let’s set em off now. My spider senses started to tingle when I noticed Tate wasn’t setting off any fire works which I thought it was very odd. Minding my own business, he’s got his arm around me, all of a sudden right when all the cakes started to go off he takes his arm off me stands right in front of me looks me dead in my eyes, gets down on one knee and asks me the big question. Which leads us to this big day, our wedding!
