Tami
Bride
Tami grew up in Millbrae, the fourth sibling in a family of five kids. Being the youngest girl in the family, she was always dressed up like a doll, with bows bigger than her head! Tami loved fashion and singing which has not changed. Tami loves old Hollywood and often wishes she grew up in the 50s! Celine Dion, Backstreet Boys and Impractical Jokers are all Tami's jam! Playing games and schooling Shane in Wheel of Fortune are weekly activities in the Shami household. Auntie Tam Tam is Tami's favorite title. (Her favorite people call her that!) Tami makes everyone around her feel special and loved. She has such a big heart and would do anything for her family and friends.
Shane
Groom
Shane grew up in a small town called Tuolomne. Shane has a brother and 3 sisters that have always accused him of being the favorite. (They still do!) Shane has always chosen his own path. When everyone was hunting and working on cars, Shane was studying or playing sports. He loves to stay active and be outdoors. Tami calls Shane her mountain man. If needed Shane could easily survive on his own if forced into the wilderness! Shane is the calming presence in pretty much any room he's in. He gets along with everyone and Tami says she has yet to find someone that doesn't like him! Shane has worked very hard to get where he is and deserves all the happiness and love that comes his way!
Jamie
Matron of Honor
Jamie is Tami's big sister (that often gets carded before I do!). Jamie is the reason Tami graduated high school: from color coding notes to quizzing me, she got Tami through some rough study times. In turn, Tami helped Jamie with fashion (she sometimes needed it!). Not only has Jamie been Tami's tutor and nurse, but she has always been a great friend and someone Tami looked up to. Having her through this whole process has kept Tami sane! Having Jamie by her side the day of is exactly how Tami's always pictured it!
Rick
Best Man
Shane's older brother. Growing up Shane always looked up to his big brother. When Rick went into the army shane was so proud. It wasn't until Rick came back after his time in the army that they became really close. Rick and Shane share the same adventurous side and enjoy backpacking and scuba diving together. Shane is very honored to have Rick by his side on his wedding day.
Stace
Maid of Honor
Staci is Tami's other big sister who gave Tami her card to get into bars. Tami and Staci shared a room for most of their lives. Where they sometimes got along great and other times fought over messes and Tami taking Staci's clothes. Tami tagged along to everything Staci did, and was introduced to all of her friends and boyfriends. Stace never treated Tam as her "annoying little sister"~ she always treated Tami as a friend. Tami says "It's special having her with me now, helping me to walk down the aisle".
Kevin
Best Man
Shane's friend since age 5. Kevin and Shane met in kindergarten and quickly became best friends. Growing up Shane and kevin did everything together including school sports and playing hide and go seek on 5 acres of property. The friendship grew stronger as they grew older and the adventures continued.. hiking, mountain biking and brewing beer together. Shane is happy to have Kevin standing up there with him on his wedding day.
Justin
Best Man
Shane and Justin met their first semester of college in Santa Barbara. The second year they decided to rent an apartment together and what a wild year that was. Both Shane and Justin moved back home to northern California and no matter where they lived continued to grow their friendship. Shane and Justin share many interests but in peticular they work together to form their home brew called Wolf Beer. Shane says he is grateful to have such a great friend next to him on his wedding day.
Alicia
Maid of Honor
Alicia and Tami have known each other since we were seven, and have been best friends since getting paired up at cheer competition at the age of 15. Alicia has always been by Tami's side through thick and thin. Alicia has always shared her best knowledge with Tami, from relationship advice to what bra to buy. They still have fun sleepovers filled with way too much laughter and all the best gossip! Being Alicia's maid of honor was so special to Tami and she feels so lucky to have Alicia as her maid of honor!
Dan
Officiant
Dan is Tamis little big brother. Dan and Tami grew up close and have only gotten closer! They couldn't live without their ridiculous inside jokes or jiberish talk about nothing. Dan shared all of his football knowledge with Tami growing up. When Dan graduated from college Tami took him to Wisconsin where they saw the green bay Packers beat the sea hawks at Lambeau field. They dressed up, cheered their team on and danced the night away with new friends. Dan has always been a huge support for Tami and continues to be someone she calls for a good laugh, cry or one of Dans epic stories! Not everyone can handle Dan and Tami together, but Shane does a great job of trying! Tami knew Shane was extra special when Dan fell in love with him too! That's why they chose Dan to be the wedding officiant.
Saber Handsome King
Best Boy
Saber is Tami and Shane's sweet 11 year old Siberian Husky. The first time Shane and Saber laid eyes on each other they knew that it was meant to be. Saber has always been the classiest pup on the block! He gets along with all humans and dogs. When they say a dog is a reflection of their owner it couldn't be more true for these two! They love hiking and bike rides and checking themselves out in the mirror. Saber always got to join in on all the fun adventures and sure enjoys life. But there was always something missing. When Saber first met Tami he knew she was the one! They quickly became a family. Now a days Saber's favorite thing to do is people watch in the front yard and greet everyone that walks by. He continues to be the classiest pup around and truly knows just how handsome he is!
