Can't wait to say "I Do"...

In April of 2017, after years of searching in all the wrong places and not finding that special someone, we both decided to try the world of online dating! And boy are we glad we did! That's where we found each other. After some sweet conversations we planned our first date. We met in San Francisco for the most amazing night of our lives! We talked, laughed and bar hopped for 6 hours enjoying every second of it. At the end of the first night, one thing was certain, we needed to see each other again!

After we met, we became inseparable. Six months into dating, we knew something had to change: The hourlong commute from Millbrae (where Tami was living) to Pittsburg (where Shane was living) was getting to us, and we knew we wanted to take the next big step in our relationship, so we started looking for a home to purchase together. In April of 2018, we purchased our first home and moved in together. We have lived there, with Saber, our sweet Siberian husky by our sides, ever since. Through it all, we have been by each other sides through ups, downs, career changes, and job promotions. We know we were made for one another and can't wait to become Mr. and Mrs. King in October.

Sedona Arizona has become a favorite spot of ours. In April, we planned a last minute trip when travel opened back up. Little did Tami know, Shane had big plans for this trip! Our second day in Sedona we had a jeep tour booked that Shane made sure took us to the top of the red rocks, with a breathtaking view. At the top, our tour guide let us out of the Jeep to take pictures. While everyone went to the right, Shane brought us to a picture perfect spot to the left, where we were all alone! Finally setting down the backpack that he kept close the whole trip, Shane took out a camera and asked someone to take a picture, changing it to video at the last second without Tami knowing. He got down on one knee, and presented Tami with the most beautiful ring he had custom designed for her... and she said YES!
