There are 2 options for you to fly into 1. Valparaiso Destin-Ft Walton Beach (VPS) - this is closest to the venue and hotel. 2. Pensacola International Airport (PNS)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to space constraints and safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 2pm for photos.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is limited parking, for those not staying at the venue with us, please carpool or rideshare to allow ample parking for our caterer's and other vendors.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The goal is to have the ceremony on the beach. Cocktails and reception will take place both indoors and outdoors. There will not be a seated meal. Please think of our reception as more of a "house party."

Will there be an open bar?

We will have a limited supply, but will try to provide enough for everyone. We will have beer, wine, and some liquors.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Yes, at The Best Western Sugar Sands Inn and Suites. Please reference Serovy Reunion when calling to book. There are several other options in the area if you choose to stay elsewhere!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

This is an unplugged ceremony. Please no phones, iPads, or tablets at the ceremony. We promise to do our best to share our professional photos as quickly as we can.
