How do we RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through the tab on our website. We can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your significant other is invited, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Is there a room block?

Answer

We are working on booking a room block. Please check back for updates. Please see the "travel" section on our website to book and for further information.

What do I wear to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Attire is summer garden/semi-formal. Weather in August in Texas during this time is very hot and humid so dress with comfortability and breathability in mind :) For dresses/jumpsuits solids, florals, and patterns are welcomed, midi/floor length preferred. Tuxes are optional and suits and light hued colors are welcomed as well.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

If you wish to drive your own car, there is free parking available at the TRAC, but we do encourage you to Uber/Lyft as we will have an open bar! If you do drive and need a parking spot you can park at one of the many spots available in front of the venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside but on a covered deck, there will be shade available. The reception will be held indoors. If the weather is not ideal, all events will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive with enough time to be seated prior to our ceremony start time.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes, we will gather your dietary restrictions / allergies when we send out invitations that will prompt you to RSVP on our website.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests that are not listed on your invitation. If you were provided a plus one it will be indicated on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

Although we adore your children, please plan on booking that babysitter for August 31st so you can party all night with us enjoying a kid-free parents night out! The only exceptions to children will be immediate family.

What time do events end?

Answer

All events must end before 11 PM at the latest, for any or no reason at all feel free to head out when needed. We are truly so appreciative of you for making time out of your holiday weekend to celebrate with us.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

We will not be hosting an after party, that said feel free to head out to one of the many bars and venues around Dallas and keep the party going!
