I only RSVP'ed for myself, can I add a plus one?

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept any more last minute additions.

Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Hidden Meadow and Barn in Pepin, WI on Balsam Lane.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors! The ceremony is not shaded, but the dinner and the reception are under a covered, open sided pavilion.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow immediately.

Can we park our car overnight at the venue?

Answer

We want everyone to be safe so, yes! If you are unable to drive at the end of the night, you may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. All vehicles must be picked up by 9am the next morning.

I want to stay the night, where can I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the AmericInn in Wabasha, MN & at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Durand, WI. This is a very popular area for tourists in the summer, so please book a room as soon as possible! See the "Accommodations" tab for more info!

Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have shuttles setup to transport guests before the ceremony and during/after the reception for anyone staying at the AmericInn (Wabasha, MN) or the Cobblestone Inn in (Durand, WI). Please see the Schedule or Travel tabs for more information on times the shuttle (school bus) will be picking up and dropping off guests. Note that if you are taking the shuttle to the venue from the hotel, the bus will be leaving promptly at 3:10pm.

Ladies - What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony area is all grass. The dinner and reception area is concrete. We would recommend flats, wedges or a thick heel!

Is your wedding on a Friday?

Answer

Yes, we are having a Friday wedding, which means you get an extra day afterwards to recover!
