The hotel block with Hotel Emeline is now full. That being said, there should still be some rooms available at their normal rate. Other recommended hotels include: - Courtyard Charleston Historic District (corner of Calhoun + Meeting) - Grand Bohemian - Mills House - Hampton Inn Charleston-Historic District If you're more interested in a home rental, we'd recommend staying in downtown Charleston. There are many Airbnb, VRBOs, short-term rental companies (Stay Duvet is a good one,) as well as Bed & Breakfasts to choose from!
September in Charleston is typically in the mid 70s to low 80s, with it cooling off a bit in the evening.
