We're so excited for you to come into town for our wedding! Here are a few of our favorite spots for you to enjoy while you're in town.

Things To Do

Downtown Clifton is a small town with big charm! Historic Downtown Clifton has local boutiques, cozy cafes, and great restaurants. It's also home to Peterson's Ice Cream, a Clifton classic. Genevieve loves their chocolate soft serve!

Paradise Springs is a cute winery nearby, with lots of outdoor seating. Great for a picnic!

A childhood favorite of Genevieve's! Burke Lake has beautiful walking trails, rentable kayaks and canoes, mini golf, an ice cream shop, and the cutest train tour on this side of the Mississippi.

Smithsonians are always free! Accessible by car or metro (the blue line from Franconia-Springfield to the Smithsonian stop is a direct trip). Our personal favorites are the Natural History Museum, Air & Space Museum, and the Sackler Gallery.
