When is our final resort payment due?

Answer

If you booked with our travel agency, your final payment is due October 1, 2022.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we LOVE kids, we are having very few children attend. If you have an infant you need to bring, please let us know and we'd be happy to accommodate you! The resort does offer babysitting services if you would like to bring your children.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and vice versa?

Answer

If you booked with our travel agency, they will arrange transportation to and from the hotel. The cost for this transportation was included in your total cost. If you did not book through out travel agency, you should plan to arrange your own transportation.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Currently, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside at the beach. The reception will take place indoors.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

You need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. The expiration date should be at least 6 months post travel date.

What's the weather like in Costa Mujeres at this time of year?

Answer

The average high is 81 degrees and the average low is 69 degrees. It's tropical, so rain is quite possible, but torrential downpours for an entire day are unlikely.
