FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is black-tie optional and we are so excited to see everyone dressed up! Evening gowns, nice cocktail dresses, or a formal jumpsuit are perfect options! Suit and tie or tux are also great! Please no white dresses/jumpsuits. If you have any questions about attire please don’t hesitate to ask us!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

The most important thing for us is that we get to share our special day with everyone who means so much to us. With this in mind we have carefully determined who is invited and cannot accommodate guests that are not formally invited. We ask that if your date listed on the invitation is unable to attend, please refrain from inviting another guest as we wish to keep this event intimate. If you have any questions please reach out.

Question

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. We are happy to make proper arrangements with our caterer for your meal.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. Guests will be able to arrive and socialize beginning at 5:00pm.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

There will be free parking available at the Historic Third Ward Parking Lot: 435 North 2nd Street (under the freeway). If you or someone you are bringing has difficulty walking, we recommend dropping them off at the venue and then parking as the parking lot is two blocks away from the venue.

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Given the unpredictability of Wisconsin weather, we have decided to have a fully indoor ceremony and reception. The only time you’ll need to be outside is when you arrive and depart the venue.
