Co-Man of Honor
JJ is Britt's brother and best friend. He's a big goofball with a giant heart. He brings so much laughter, love, and fun to the fam. There is seriously never a dull moment. And it's nothing but support and understanding always. He helps keep the peace so Britt can be the strong willed person she is. Love you so much.
Co-Man of Honor
Andy is Britt's youngest brother and best friend. He's the smart one who completes our trio. He can be quiet but those that really know him know the secret, mushy heart that lives inside. Though he frequently rolls his eyes at mine and JJ's shenanigans, he loves us anyway. Love you always buddy!
Maid of Honor
Maddy is Britt's one day sister-in-law and bestie. Sisters by chance and Britt couldn't be happier. More so than Andy, she puts up with our shenanigans and we love her for it. She is an adventurer just like Britt (the only reason we can get JJ out of the house) and the life of the party. Love you Mads!
Bridesmaid
Justine is Britt's cousin and lifetime best friend. The sister she never had. It started off a little rough with the age difference and resentment over naps but has evolved into a beautiful best friendship. Her kind and gentle soul will warm your heart. Beautiful inside and out. She is quite literally one of the best humans we know. So blessed to have you in our lives. Love you Stine!
Bridesmaid
Chan is Britt's cousin and lifetime bestie. Another sister she never had. It started off a little rough with the age difference and resentment over naps but has evolved into a beautiful friendship. Her authentic laugh (as pictured) can lighten up the universe. Her strength and courage will inspire you and has inspired Britt to work through some difficult things. She's also the most beautiful person we know. Love you Chan!
Bridesmaid
Mandi is Britt's (soon to be) sister. Sisters by chance but again....knocked it out of the park. Her big smile and even bigger heart makes her a joy to be around. She's creative, thoughtful, an incredible party planner, and can outdrink most. But high noon watermelons only ;) Love you Mandi!
Bridesman
Justy is Britt's step brother (kinda), old roomie, & bestie. Put in Britt's life by chance but stayed by choice. Nothing but unconditional love and support. His quick wit and humor will keep you on your toes and his gentle heart will make you feel comfortable. One of the best humans we know. Love you Justy!
Bridesmaid
Chels is Britt's bestie. Fate brought us together on a blind friend date about 5 years ago and I couldn't be more grateful. Her endless love, support, and understanding is what makes her such an incredible friend. It's fun and laughter one minute, real talk the next and I love her for it. She may or may not be with us to celebrate pending the arrival of her little peanut (!!!!!) but know she will be with us in spirit if she can't make it. Love you so much Chels!
Co-Best Man
Eric is one of the Mizzou friends. Him and I spent an extra year at Mizzou together as he was in the class below and I was completing graduate classes. We've been on countless trips together - both snowboarding and general shenanigans. Eric is both hilarious and extremely thoughtful and is the first person I call when I need advice or a reality check. Eric is also the fastest down the mountain.
Co-Best Man
"TG" is one of the Mizzou friends. He's one of the funniest people I know and there's never a dull moment when Tyler is around. Him and I have a treasure trove of hilarious memories. Tyler is the one on the mountain most often seen "rolling the windows down" :)
Groomsman & Officiant
Jon and I started our careers and sort of "grew up" together on the Deployment team. We bonded from both having Industrial Engineering backgrounds and a desire to use our travel jobs to its fullest potential, including many weekend trips to the mountains. Jon is one of both Britt and I's closest friends and is someone we've shared countless laughs and deep conversations with. Jon has his priorities straight on the mountain, ensuring the music is playing and leading the charge to the Aprè Ski.
Groomsman
Tom is my brother-in-law. He'll deny it but he's an incredible pit master, an all around great chef, and you know there will always be enough food if Tom's cooking. Mandi brought home some interesting guys before Tom, so I'm quite thankful where we landed, he's a great addition to the family.
Groomsman
"Deej" is one of the Minnesota friends I grew up with. Deej is a great guy, but quite frankly I think the best thing I can say about Deej is that he's just really fun to be around. He's always scheming to have a good time and, when in doubt, he has a trove of corny dad jokes that he learned from his father, Mr. Johnson, our high school math teacher.
Groomsman
Frank is one of the Minnesota friends I grew up with. He is also a coworker of mine which means we get paid to hang out together! Frank went to college at Iowa State which happened to be a great stopping point for trips home while I was at Mizzou. Frank is a showman and always ensures the group is having fun.
Groomsman
"Mitchy" is one of the Minnesota friends who I grew up with. Mitch and I have always been really close and he's one of the people I trust most to tell it to me straight when I'm looking for advice.
Groomsman
Alex, or "Tim", is one the Mizzou Friends. He and I went on a Eurotrip after I graduated grad school and both live in Denver and do most of our camping together - him and Alli in the Bronco and Britt and I in the FJ. Alex is one of the most thoughtful and dependable people I know, and will go out of his way to help someone out. He is also a bit of a wild man, so it's always a fun time when Alex is around. That spirit translates on the mountain where Alex is always willing to "send it!"
Groomsman
"Furteezy" is one of the Mizzou friends. Cris and I were in the Industrial Engineering program together and both lived in the Hudson dorms freshman year. He was responsible for introducing me to 1314 (IYKYK). Cris is kind, funny and smart and the two of us, with TG, often catch up while playing some xbox. Cris was the last one of us to start snowboarding but has started to hold his own!
Flower Child
Chloe is our sassy and adventurous pup who is full of personality. She is our pride and joy and will be escorting Britt's ring down the aisle.
Ring Bearer
Calvin is Jesse's nephew. He's extremely cute and full of energy. We're trusting him to get Jesse's ring, and his sister, down the aisle.
Flower Girl
Maddie is our niece and has the most squeezable cheeks! She'll make your heart explode with cuteness walking with her big brother Calvin down the aisle.
Mother of the Bride
Alexa is Britt's Mom and best friend. Her strength and growth have given me permission to evolve into the person I am today. She taught me the importance of putting yourself first. To prioritize filling your own cup so you can show up better for others. She's my person and twinsie. Love you Mama.
Father of the Bride
Jeff is Britt's Dad. He is known for his big smile, big personality, big heart, sense of humor, and for being the life of the party! You'll catch him on the dance floor pretending he's 20 years young again. Love you Dad!
Step-Father of the Bride
Johnny is Britt's step-father. Johnny is known for his kind heart and goofy personality. Britt is so lucky to have a bonus Dad like him. But refuses to be his partner at any game (be sure to ask him about it). Love you Johnny!
Mother of the Groom
Gail is Jesse's mom. I'll just say it, I was (and probably still am) a momma's boy. Mom is the heart of our family.
Father of the Groom
Bruce is Jesse's dad. My dad is my adventure buddy - we mountain bike and camp together, have our annual BWCA trip with the guys, and went to Europe together.
The Matchmakers
Brenna & Kris are the reason we met and are a part of our Denver family. Their friendship is the kind you're forever grateful for. You'll find more about them in our How We Met story!
The Proposal Assisters
Alex and Alli played a crucial role in pulling off the proposal and are a part of our Denver family. In addition to what we shared in our Proposal story, they also helped prep the house and yard for the proposal and wax our boards for our St. Mary's glacier ride.
The Ring Receivers
Jules and Graham also played a crucial role in the proposal and are a part of of our Denver family. They received, kept the ring safe, and let Jesse pick it up around midnight the night before the proposal.
