Wedding Day Transportation

There is NO PARKING AT THE VENUE for guests, so we ask that all guests please utilize the free shuttle service we provide. We will have shuttles running from the Steamboat Grand and Holiday Inn that will provide transportation to the venue and back to the hotels at the end of the night. The shuttles will be picking up guests at the main entrance of the Steamboat Grand at 3:00pm to leave for the ceremony. The shuttle will then loop to the main entrance of the Holiday Inn before arriving at the venue. If you don't get on the first round of shuttles, hang tight- they will be making two loops and you'll get on the next one. Shuttles will return from the venue back to the hotels every 30 minutes from 10:30pm through 11:30pm. You do not have to be staying at the hotels in order to utilize the shuttles, so please feel free to drive or ride share to one of the hotels to take them (please note- the Steamboat Grand does not have free parking). While Lyft and other ride shares are available in Steamboat, keep in mind that it's a small town and there aren't a ton of drivers.

The closest major airport is Denver International Airport (DIA), which is roughly a 3 hour drive depending on traffic.

Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN)

The Yampa Valley Airport is a smaller airport outside of Craig, CO near Steamboat. Keep in mind that there are limited flights to the Yampa Valley airport and it will be more expensive than flying into DIA, but a great option if you want to avoid the drive.
