Both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue. It is at the southern end of the island and there is just one 2-lane road. Please allow yourself enough travel time to get there and settled before the ceremony begins.
Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony will be taking place outside in the rear of the building. There will be signs directing you to enter from the right side. *There is a ramp for anyone who needs the accommodation* The attire is "Sunday best". We are not having a selected few as our wedding party. Instead, we are considering all of our guest to be our favorite people and a part of one large wedding party. This being said, we ask that you please wear our wedding colors; black, tan, or shades of green. The ground is gravel covered so please keep that in mind when selecting your shoes.
Cocktails / Pictures
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, the bride and groom will take official photos. During this time hors d'oeuvres will be served to guests on the side porch. There will be a cash bar inside with lounge seating and a view of the sound. *Please note: there will be no ATM on site and the bar will be cash only* During this time the guests are welcome to venture inside and view the "Missiles and More Museum".
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
The reception will take place inside the main hall. The venue has a beautiful view of the sunset over the sound. On this day the sun should be setting around 7:52pm.
