If your invite specifies that you may bring a guest, please do so! If it does not, we prefer that you fly solo.

We kindly ask that our guests keep our ceremony a "No Phone Zone" in order to allow this moment to be as intimate as possible.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK OUR HOTEL?

Answer

We HIGHLY suggest booking your hotels as soon as possible since early January is a very busy season. There is a link under the Travel section for discounted room rates!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! All guests are welcome to park for free in the lot connected to Sunken Gardens.

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Answer

Yes! All guests that stay at the Hilton Bayfront will be given complimentary trolley shuttle service to and from the venue before and after the wedding.

CAN I TAKE THE TROLLEY EVEN IF I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HILTON BAYFRONT?
