We have Blocks at each of the two hotels listed below, although the Tru by Hilton has less available rooms and the group rate is only for Saturday. The Comfort Suites has rooms blocked for Friday and Saturday. Please book your rooms as soon as possible so we know if we need to increase the number of rooms in the block. The two hotels share a parking lot, and there will be a shuttle to take guests from the hotels to the venue and back before and after the reception. The shuttle will make two trips each way, leaving at 3:30pm and 4:00pm from the hotels to the venue and leaving at 9:00pm and 9:30pm from the venue to the hotels. Feel free to look for other hotels in the area, but the shuttle service will only be to and from the hotels listed below.

Right next door to the other hotel not far from the venue, the shuttle will come from both hotels to the venue and back. There are less available rooms in the block for this hotel, and only for Saturday night. Rooms must be booked before May 13th to get the special group rate.
