Check In / Drink at Watermark

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Already checked into your hotel? Please enjoy a beer at Watermark Brewery, located right around the corner from the event. There will be a small table setup with appetizers and snacks at Watermark. This break in schedule allows guest to return to their hotel rooms and check in then catch the shuttle back to the Solarium for the rest of the party. The shuttle will make 2 trips from the hotels to the venue, leaving at 3:30 and 4:00pm from the hotels' parking lot (the hotels are located next door to each other).

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be a shuttle to take guests from the venue back to the hotels at the end of the night, leaving from the venue at 9:00 and 9:30pm.
